1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the dj222 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered by dj222 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

2Player Eligibility

To register and use a dj222 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dj222 operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification may be requested at any stage, including before a withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or be located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of dj222, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, you must not register or continue to use dj222.

3Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) active dj222 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited. If dj222 detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, household, IP address, or payment method, dj222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or processed transactions. The following requirements apply to all registrations:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must notify dj222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• dj222 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. dj222 will notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.

dj222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant for any reason, without being required to provide an explanation. dj222 also reserves the right to close any existing account where eligibility requirements are no longer met, where misrepresentation is discovered, or where activity is deemed suspicious.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on dj222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dj222 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Minimum deposit via mobile wallet: ৳500 BDT. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by a Bangladesh bank. Minimum card deposit: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund the account and that is held in the same name as the registered dj222 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is typically within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. dj222 does not guarantee processing times, as delays may occur due to third-party payment processors or bank procedures.
• dj222 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution of any bonus wagering requirements, open disputes, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

dj222 may offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside the offer, and to the following general conditions:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A Player who closes their account and re-registers is not eligible for a second welcome bonus.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• dj222 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including where abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or account.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and maximum win caps stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the promotion, typically within 7 days of being credited.

dj222 seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions above apply unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion terms.

6Gameplay Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets on dj222 are subject to the following general gameplay rules, supplemented by any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Technical malfunctions void all bets affected by the malfunction.
• Game outcomes for all RNG (random number generator) titles are determined independently and cannot be influenced by dj222, game providers, or Players. dj222 sources games exclusively from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). dj222 reserves the right to void markets in the event of event cancellation, abandonment, or where settlement cannot be determined.
• dj222 is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of a Player's gambling decisions. Playing on dj222 involves financial risk. Past performance in any game does not guarantee future outcomes.

7Responsible Gaming

dj222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may set reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous play. These reminders are advisory only and do not automatically end a session.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via dj222 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will not receive any marketing communications from dj222.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dj222. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent documentation, or impersonating another person.
• Using any software, bot, automation tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated crash game cashouts, or any form of match-fixing in sports betting.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, tax evasion, or any other criminal offence. dj222 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions where required by law.
• Registering or operating more than one dj222 account, or opening a new account following a permanent self-exclusion or account closure for prohibited conduct.

dj222 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, dj222 may freeze the account, withhold withdrawals, void bets, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the dj222 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of dj222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, modified, transmitted, or distributed without the prior written consent of dj222.

The dj222 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of dj222. Unauthorised use of any dj222 trademark, including in domain names, social media handles, or any other context that implies an affiliation with dj222, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dj222 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, dj222 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's gambling decisions, including losses on any game, sport, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Any service interruption, downtime, data loss, or technical failure caused by factors outside dj222's direct control, including failures of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, mobile networks, or game provider platforms.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, even if dj222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Privacy and Data Protection

dj222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dj222 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies strict access controls to prevent unauthorised access to stored Player data. dj222 does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties. 12Amendments to These Terms

dj222 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dj222 will notify registered Players via the mobile number on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Changes of a minor or administrative nature may take effect immediately upon publication on this page without individual notification.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dj222 operates as an online platform and serves players in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and dj222, Players are encouraged to contact dj222 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. dj222 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process.
